- Make sure that Windows is up-to-date via Windows Update
- Make sure the USB-drivers are up-to-date by downloading and installing the latest USB-drivers via the website of the computer's manufacturer.
- Remove all errors from the Device Manager.
- Disconnect the mouse.
- Restart the computer.
- When the computer has fully restarted, connect the mouse to the computer without using a hub or an extension cable.
- The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver, this might take a few moments.
- The mouse is ready for use.
When the error persist, test the mouse on a different USB-port and a different computer.
There is no driver needed or available for this device. Once the device is connected, your system installs its own built-in system driver for it.
- Make sure your system is up to date
- Unplug the device and restart the system.
- When your system has completely loaded, connect the device directly to the USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
- Check in the Device Manager if the product is correctly installed or if there is any error message reported.
- The device is ready to be used.
Yes, it is possible to press multiple buttons simultaneously.
Please note that this doesn't mean that all buttons can be pressed simultaneously, since this depends on the specific hardware of a mouse. Mice may have the hardware limitation that the thumb buttons can't be used together with left/right/mid click.
Unfortunately it is not possible to turn off the light
By pressing the DPI-button you will change the DPI.
There is no visual indication for the DPI selection, other than that the pointer speed on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI that is selected.
This mouse uses a generic driver of Windows, which doesn't provide a possibility to adjust button functions.
However, you can try with software which is available on internet to configure the buttons.

Please note that this solution is not official, as there is no Trust software available for programming the buttons, and therefore it is not supported, nor is proper functioning of the software guaranteed.

Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.

Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
