On board memory
All your custom presets are stored in 1 of Laban’s 5 available profiles that are saved in the on board memory. No software is needed when you move from one game to another or from one user to another. Profiles can always be switched on-the-fly. This gaming mouse also make an ideal weapon of choice for gamers who often visit tournaments or huge LAN-parties, since you will always have your optimized settings with you.
Light effects in 16.8 million colors
The software also lets you adjust the full RGB LED lightning to the other pieces of your gear. Pick your own war colour or select the rainbow wave effect if you really want an eye-catcher!
Control like never before
A warrior can never lose the grip of his sword, so we made sure our Laban mouse has been optimized for maximum control. A high precision optical sensor that lets you shift up to a maximum DPI of 12.000 combined with a rugged custom top layer coating will allow your reactions to be as sharp as a blade. Further improving your combat abilities are the low-friction Teflon glide pads on the bottom off the mouse and the ergonomically placed easy access buttons on the right, right next to your thumb. The key to victory will literally be in your hands.
Advanced gaming software
Laban’s advanced gaming software allows you to combine a serie of actions into a single click macro. You can fire your gun, reload it and switch to your secondary weapon all with one press of a button. Or come up with your own custom combinations!

Installation and configuration
Where can I get drivers for my Trust product?
Where is the Mac-driver?
This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only.
Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.
Usage
When I use the software, it doesn't run (properly)
Make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights (right-click > run as administrator).
Why are my settings not being saved?
If you plug the GXT 188 Laban gaming mouse in your PC for the first time and start the software, it may not recognize the gaming mouse yet. When this happens, close the software screen and also exit the program in your taskbar (right click > exit). After you have closed the program, start the software again. Now you will be able change and save your settings.
Solving problems
When I use the software, it says NO DEVICE. What can I do?
Check the following:
- The product is connected correctly to the computer.
- The software has been restarted.
- You have downloaded, installed and are using the software with administrator rights (run as administrator).
The downloadable file (e.g. the driver) will not completely download to my computer. What can I do?
When the file doesn't completely download/install to your computer, we recommend:
- Delete the downloaded file or files
- To uninstall the installed file
- After all is removed and uninstalled, re-download the file from the website.
Please note:
- Install the file only after it has been fully downloaded, otherwise you will receive an error.
- Alternatively use a different browser and/or a download manager to download the file.
- Make sure to install the file with administrator rights.
- Check that your virus software program is configured correctly for downloads.
- When more than 1 file is available, make sure to download the correct file for your article version and operating system version.
The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.

Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. - Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
- Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.
- *In EU, there is a statutory minimum warranty period of 2 years on every product we sell.
- In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
- During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
- Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
- Exclusions of warranty:
- Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
- Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
- Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
- In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
