Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
To use the headphones:
- Fully charge the headphones. This will take at least 2 hours.
- When it is fully charged, switch the headphones on with the button on the headphones.
- The indicator will flash blue, indicating that the pairing process has started.
- Go to the Bluetooth section of the phone and select BLUETOOTH HEADPHONE, in the list. Note: in some phones it may be necessary to switch Bluetooth off and back on before starting the pairing process.
- The indicator will stay blue when the headphones has been paired.
- Ready for use.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
