Installation and configuration
How do I install this headset?
- First fully charge the headset, this will take approx. 2.5 hours.
When charging the light will be red.
When the headset is fully charged the light will switch off. - Press the grey connect-button 10 seconds to start the pairing process.
The light will flash blue-red. - Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and select Trust BT to pair.
Note: in some devices it may be necessary to switch Bluetooth off and back on, before beginning to pair. - The light will turn blue. The headset is ready to use.

How do I switch the headset on/off?
Press the grey connect-button for 4 seconds to switch the headset on/off.
Solving problems
How does the iPhone handle incoming phone calls when using a Bluetooth headphone or speaker?
As of iOS 11.2, when you are using a Bluetooth headphone and receive a phone call, the button that you use to pick-up the phone call, determines which device is used for the audio.
If you pick-up the phone call with the green button on the iPhone display, then all the audio will be handled by the iPhone microphone and speaker (and not with any connected Bluetooth device).
If you pick-up the phone call with the call pick-up button on the Bluetooth device (headphone or speaker), then all the audio will be handled by the Bluetooth device.
If the person that is calling you cannot hear you – or the other way around – it may be possible that you picked up the phone with one device and are talking via another.
Use the audio icon on the iPhone display during the phone call to change the audio device.
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. - Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.

- In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
- During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
- Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
- Exclusions of warranty:

- Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
- Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
