Installation and configuration


How do I install the headset?

  1. Fully charge the headset, this will take approx. 2 hours.
  2. Press the lowest button on the headset for 10 seconds to start the pairing process
  3. Go to the Bluetooth section on the device you are connecting the headset to, and select Trust BT.
    Note: in some devices it can be necessary to switch Bluetooth off/on before trying to pair
  4. The headset is ready for use.

How do I switch the headset on/off

Press the lowest button on the headset for 4 seconds to switch the headset on/off.


Solving problems


What has changed in iOS 11.2 in how the iPhone handles incoming phone calls when using a Bluetooth headphone or speaker?

When you are using a Bluetooth headphone and receive a phone call, the button that you use to pick-up the phone call, determines which device is used for the audio.
 
If you pick-up the phone call with the green button on the iPhone display, then all the audio will be handled by the iPhone microphone and speaker (and not with any connected Bluetooth device).
 
If you pick-up the phone call with the call pick-up button on the bluetooth device (headphone or speaker), then all the audio will be handled by the Bluetooth device.
 
If the person that is calling you cannot hear you – or the other way around – it may be possible that you picked up the phone with one device and are talking via another.
 
Use the audio icon on the iPhone display during the phone call to change the audio device.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Does the headset work on PS4?

This headset has been designed for use with tablets and smartphones.
Therefore compatibility with other systems can't be guaranteed, and is not supported.

Warranty conditions
  • Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
  • Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.
    • *In Europe, there is a statutory minimum warranty period of 2 years on every product we sell.
  • In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
  • During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
  • Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
  • Exclusions of warranty:
    • Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
    • Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
    • Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
