Designed for wireless movement
Connect the earphones via Bluetooth and you can use the earphones wirelessly within a range of 10m. Quickly change the music or pick up a call; Ludix comes with a built-in microphone and integrated call pickup, volume and media buttons for control.
Voice assistant
By pressing the play button for two seconds, you have quick access to the voice assistant of your smartphone. Simply wait for the voice assistant to give you the go and you can ask anything. Easily set a reminder, ask for the weather report and make a quick call without taking your phone out of your pocket!
Perfect fit

Installation and configuration
How do I install this headset?
To use the headset:
- Fully charge the headset by connecting the headset with the cable to a USB-charger.
- When the headset is charging the light is red, when it is fully charged the light is blue.
- Charging will take at least 2 1/2 hours.
- After it has been fully charged, press the button on the headset for 10 seconds to start the pairing process. The light will flash red/blue.
- Go to the Bluetooth section on your phone and select the TRUST LUDIX to pair.
- The light will stay blue when the headset is paired to the phone.
- The headset is ready to use.
To switch the head on/off, press the button for 4 seconds.
Solving problems
How does the iPhone handle incoming phone calls when using a Bluetooth headphone or speaker?
As of iOS 11.2, when you are using a Bluetooth headphone and receive a phone call, the button that you use to pick-up the phone call, determines which device is used for the audio.
If you pick-up the phone call with the green button on the iPhone display, then all the audio will be handled by the iPhone microphone and speaker (and not with any connected Bluetooth device).
If you pick-up the phone call with the call pick-up button on the Bluetooth device (headphone or speaker), then all the audio will be handled by the Bluetooth device.
If the person that is calling you cannot hear you – or the other way around – it may be possible that you picked up the phone with one device and are talking via another.
Use the audio icon on the iPhone display during the phone call to change the audio device.
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
