Dedicated control
The Mezza keyboard comes with a number pad and has 25 multimedia function keys with short-cuts to most commonly used Windows functions. These keys allow you to adjust the volume, go the next song or start a search for example, with just one click of a button. The low-profile keys with soft keystroke give you an easy, comfortable typing experience. And this is not all, foldable feet, full-size layout and palm rest make sure you can work ergonomically.
Ergonomic use
The set comes with a wireless mouse with ergonomic thumb rest for a firm grip. The optical sensor (1000/1400/1800 DPI) and 2 thumb buttons for browser back and next allow you to do your everyday work quickly and accurately.
Set to work
Want to use the Trust Mezza set? Thanks to the USB micro-sized receiver, you are able to connect both devices at the same time. The receiver allows the Mezza set to work wirelessly within a range of 10 meters. When you are finished using it, you can easily store the receiver in the mouse or simply leave it in your laptop or PC.

Installation and configuration
How do I (re)install the keyboard & mouse set?
To reinstall the product:
- Make sure the computer is up-to-date via windowsupdate.com
- Remove any errors from the Device Manager
- Disconnect the receiver from the computer
- Switch the mouse off with the button on the bottom
- Restart the computer
- Check that the batteries are full. When in doubt, use new batteries.
- After the computer has fully restarted, connect the USB-receiver to the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
- The computer will recognize the keyboard and mouse and install the built-in driver. This might take a few moments.
- The keyboard and mouse are ready to use.

Is it required to turn off the product to save power?
To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), we recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.
Solving problems
I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?
It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.
I get the wrong letters and/or symbols when typing on my computer.
If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected.
Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.
If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one.

I just bought it and can't find the USB-receiver. Where is it?
The receiver is stored either inside the product, or inside the battery compartment of the mouse.
Sometimes letters are missing when typing.

Clean your keyboard from dust and crumbles.

If you are using it with a TV, make sure that your TV and/or the app, supports all symbols and characters of the keyboard.
- Improve wireless performance.
The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.

Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. - Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
- Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.
- *In EU, there is a statutory minimum warranty period of 2 years on every product we sell.
- In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
- During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
- Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
- Exclusions of warranty:
- Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
- Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
- Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
