Key to control

The Tecla-2 keyboard has eleven direct multimedia keys and twelve additional special function keys that allow you to adjust the volume, start a search or go to your homepage and open your emails with just one click of a button. This combined with the full-size layout, numeric pad and isolated keys make sure you will get your work done quickly and efficiently.

Integrated ergonomics

With its low-profile silent keys with a soft and quiet keystroke, you are set for easy typing. The keyboard also features an integrated palm rest for extra comfort. You are now ensured of good grip and long-lasting comfort.

Comfortable click

Adjust the DPI of the Tecla-2 mouse by pressing the dedicated button (800/1200/1600 DPI) and use the two thumb buttons to quickly go through different pages. This combined with the ergonomic design of the mouse, allows you to work comfortably for hours.

Set to work

The receiver allows the mouse and keyboard to work wirelessly within a range of 10 meters. When you are finished using it, you can easily store the receiver in the mouse or simply leave it in your laptop/pc.

Installation and configuration

How to install the keyboard and mouse set?

To install:

- Turn the mouse over and place the batteries in the mouse and take the stored USB-receiver out of the mouse.
- Switch the mouse on with the button on the bottom of the mouse.
- Turn the keyboard over and place the batteries in the keyboard.
- Connect the USB-receiver in a USB-port of the computer.
- The computer will recognize the keyboard and mouse and install the built-in driver, this might take some moments.
- The keyboard and mouse are ready to use.


How do I configure my mouse buttons for left/right handed usage?

How do I change my mouse arrow/cursor speed?

  • Mouse arrow/cursor speed can be adjusted by clicking the DPI switch on the topside of the mouse.
  • Alternatively, follow the steps in the mouse settings page

How can I change the function of the media keys?

These keys use the default program that your operating system has set for these functions.
E.g. the Internet Browser key will open the default browser on your computer and the music player will open the default music player on your computer.

To change the default programs, you'll need to go to:

- Windows 10: System > Default apps

- Windows 7/8: Start > Programs > Default Programs

- Windows Vista: Start > Control Panel > Default Programs

- Windows XP: Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Set Program Access and Defaults

Solving problems

The keyboard and/or mouse are not working on my Windows computer.

To re-install on a Windows computer:

- Make sure the computer is up-to-date via windowsupdate.com
- Remove any errors from the Device Manager
- Disconnect the receiver from the computer
- Switch the mouse off with the button on the bottom
- Restart the computer
- Doublecheck that the batteries are full. When in doubt, use new batteries.
- After the computer has fully restarted, connect the USB-receiver to the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
- The computer will recognize the keyboard and mouse and install the built-in driver. This might take a few moments.
- The keyboard and mouse are ready to use.

If the error persists, test the keyboard and mouse (receiver) on another USB-port and on another computer.

I get the wrong letters and/or symbols when typing on my computer.

If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected.
Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.
If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one.

I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?

It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.

I just bought it and can't find the USB-receiver. Where is it?

The USB-receiver is stored inside the battery compartment of the mouse.

Sometimes letters are missing when typing.

  • Clean your keyboard from dust and crumbles.
  • If you are using it with a TV, make sure that your TV and/or the app, supports all symbols and characters of the keyboard.
  • Improve wireless performance.

The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

  • Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
  • Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
  • Improve wireless performance.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
