Reduces key-click sounds

Whether you’re working at home, school or at the office, with the Siero silent click wireless mouse you can fully concentrate on your work without being distracted by annoying click noises. Enjoy the sound of silence but with the same click and feel as any other mouse.

Reduced sound

The Siero has reduced key-click sounds. This means that when pressing the buttons, it makes at least 90% less noise compared to a regular mouse. On top of that, the Siero comes with a precise optical sensor for accurate control of your work.

Speed select button

This mouse is specially made for all users. The speed select button on top of the mouse allows you to alter the speed of the cursor (1000/1600/2400 DPI). In this way, you can select the right speed for your type of work combined with personal preference. Also, its ambidextrous design allows left as well as right-handed people to use this mouse.

Work wirelessly

The Siero mouse works wirelessly within a range of 8 meters via a storable USB micro receiver. Plug this small receiver into your laptop or PC and you can start using the mouse immediately. When you’re finished, simply leave the receiver in your PC or laptop or store it in the compartment in the mouse. Easily turn the mouse on and off with the power switch to save on battery.

Installation and configuration


How do I install the mouse?

To  install the mouse:

  • Remove the cover on the bottom of the mouse
  • Place a full battery in the mouse
  • Remove the USB-receiver from the mouse
  • Close the cover on the bottom of the mouse
  • Place the USB-receiver in a USB-port of the computer
  • Switch the mouse on with the on/off-button on the bottom
  • The computer will recognize the mouse and install the mouse to the computer, this might take a few moments
  • The mouse is ready to use

Where can I get drivers for my Trust product?

This product doesn't need any drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.


Solving problems


When I turn on the mouse, the red light flashes several times and then turns off. What can I do?

It appears that the mouse is not properly paired with the receiver. To pair the receiver:
- Disconnect receiver from PC
- Press both the right and middle mouse buttons for two seconds
- After pressing the buttons, connect the receiver to the PC while the mouse is within 10 cm of the receiver.


I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?

It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.


The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

  • Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
  • Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
  • Improve wireless performance.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.   • Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
  • Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.

  • In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
  • During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
  • Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
  • Exclusions of warranty:
    • Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
    • Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
    • Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
