Check if components like Video Card /Memory/Processor Fan are still in firmly place.

Besides the 24 pin connector, also connect the 4 pin 12V connector to your mainboard. See picture.

Make sure you turned on the power supply, using the power switch on the backside.

If still not working, consult with the manufacturer of your computer.
Warning: always disconnect the Power Supply from the mains power socket, before opening the computer housing.
- 4 pins can be detached from the connector, like indicated in the picture below.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
