Hold the FN (Esc) key to quickly access different functions:

• Press FN + 07 to switch between 8 colors.
• Press FN + 09 to increase the LED brightness.
• Press FN + 15 to decrease the LED brightness.
• Press FN + 14 to decrease the LED speed.
• Press FN + 16 to increase the LED speed.
• Press FN + 13 to change the light mode.
• Press FN + 22 to swap the 09-14-15-16 keys with the arrow keys. (When FN + 22 is pressed, the red LED will turn on.)

We recommend that you try the following:

- Check that you do not have software from a previous keyboard that could be interfering with its normal operation
- Uninstall your keyboard software
- Update your operating system
- Update your USB drivers with the drivers provided by your computer's manufacturer
- Access your device manager
- Locate your keyboard
- Right click on it and Uninstall the driver
- Unplug your keyboard
- Reboot your computer
- Once that Windows has finished up booting, reconnect your keyboard to the USB-port without using a hub or extension cable
- The operating system will automatically detect and install the device
- Access the Website and download the software for your operating system
- Install the software with Administrator rights
- Execute the software with Administrator rights
- Access the Macro section
- Click on Reset

A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

This keyboard is not fully compatible with PS4 or Xbox One, because there is software included, which can't be used on the PS4 or Xbox, only on Windows computers.

The special thing about the software is that you can change any key into any key you want. This can only be done through the software, therefore not on PS4 or Xbox.
