Installation and configuration


How do I install the mouse on my computer?

  1. Charge the mouse by connecting it with the included cable to a USB-port of the computer. This will take approx. 3 hours.
  2. Connect the USB-receiver (that will be stored inside the mouse) in a USB-port of the computer.
  3. Switch the mouse on with the button on the bottom
  4. The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver, this might take some moments.
  5. The mouse is ready to use

Where can I get software/drivers for my Trust product?

This product doesn't need any software/drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.

Usage


Can you press multiple buttons at the same time, e.g. to switch between builds in Fortnite?

Yes, it is possible (on both PC and PS4) to press multiple buttons simultaneously.


Where is the battery indicator?

There is no battery indicator, but a charging indicator. It will turn red when charging.
Charge the mouse by connecting it with the included cable to a USB-port of the computer. This will take approx. 3 hours.


What do the colours mean?

Every colour is for a different DPI setting

  • 600 = red
  • 1000 = blue
  • 1500 = green
  • 2000 = yellow
  • 2400 = turquoise
  • 3000 = purple 

How can I change the button fuctions?

This mouse uses a generic driver of Windows, which doesn't provide a possibility to adjust button functions.

However, you can try with software which is available on internet to configure the buttons.

Please note that this solution is not official, as there is no Trust software available for programming the buttons, and therefore it is not supported, nor is proper functioning of the software guaranteed.


Solving problems


The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

  • Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
  • Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
  • Improve wireless performance. See wireless troubleshooting page

Unable to install the mouse

The support for this mouse is built-into Windows.
Once the device is connected, Windows OS installs should install the built-in Windows-driver for it.

Steps:
  1. Uninstall all similar device drivers, previously installed on your computer.
  2. Make sure your system is up to date following the instructions from the website www.windowsupdate.com.
  3. Unplug the mouse and restart the system.
  4. When Windows has completely loaded, connect the mouse directly to the USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
  5. Check in the Device Manager if the mouse is correctly installed or if there is any error message (visible by the yellow exclamation mark) reported.
  6. If the above steps don't help, connect the mouse to another USB port or to another computer available to verify if the problem persists.
If the problem persists, please contact the helpdesk, with failure description, preferably including a screenshot of the device manager, and information about your system, such as brand/model pc, operating system version, etc.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Can I use this keyboard/mouse on PS4?

Although our keyboards and mice are designed for use with computers, they can be used on PS4. However please note, most PS4 games do not support a keyboard and mouse.


Can I use this keyboard/mouse on Xbox One?

You can use our mice and keyboards on the Xbox.

Please note that Xbox supports the use of mouse and keyboard in some games and apps, but it doesn’t work for every game or app. The game or app publisher must enable this feature for their content.

Warranty conditions
  • Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
  • Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.
    • *In Europe, there is a statutory minimum warranty period of 2 years on every product we sell.
  • In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
