Connections for every device

The connect box of the Dion headset makes it possible to use the headset on your PC as well as on your console. The optical and USB connection on one side of the box, combined with the mini-USB and 3.5mm input on the other side, make sure you can use all the functionalities of the headset on both devices. In the box you'll also find a cable to connect the headset directly to your gamepad, giving you great sound and the possibility to chat with your team members at the same time.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
