To install the soundbar:
1. Fully charge the speaker, this will take approx. 2,5 hours. When the speaker is fully charged, the light will switch off.
2. When the speaker is fully charged, press the left button 3 seconds to turn the speaker on.
3. Then press the same left button 1x to start the bluetooth pairing process. The light will flash blue.
4. Go to the Bluetooth section of the device you are pairing to and select TRUST VIGOR to pair the speaker to the phone.
5. The light will stay blue when the pairing has been succesfull.
6. The speaker is ready to be used.

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
