Reduced sound

The silent buttons of the Sketch mouse have a 90% reduced clicking noise compared to a regular mouse. Enjoy some peace and quiet, but with the same sensation and functionality as a regular mouse.

The Sketch wireless mouse is made for all users. The ambidextrous design allows left and right-handed people to use it without changing any settings. On top of that, the Sketch has a comfortable round scroll wheel to easily move through webpages and documents.

Work wirelessly

The Sketch mouse works wirelessly within a range of 15 meters using a storable USB micro receiver. Plug this receiver into your laptop or PC and you can start using the mouse immediately. Installation and configuration


How do I install the mouse?

To  install the mouse:

  • Remove the cover on the bottom of the mouse
  • Place a full battery in the mouse
  • Remove the USB-receiver from the mouse
  • Close the cover on the bottom of the mouse
  • Place the USB-receiver in a USB-port of the computer
  • The computer will recognize the mouse and install the mouse to the computer, this might take a few moments
  • The mouse is ready to use

Where can I get software/drivers for my Trust product?

This product doesn't need any software/drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.

Solving problems


I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?

It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.


The mouse is not working. What can I do?

If you have just installed the mouse and the batteries were already in the mouse, remove the plastic wrap from the batteries before installing and using the mouse.


The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

  • Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
  • Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

The batteries are missing in packaging

If the batteries don't appear to be included in the packaging, please check if the batteries are not already inserted in the mouse. If the batteries are already in the mouse, remove the plastic wrap from the batteries before installing and using the mouse.

Warranty conditions
  • Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
  • Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.
    • *In Europe, there is a statutory minimum warranty period of 2 years on every product we sell.
  • In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
  • During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
  • Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
  • Exclusions of warranty:
    • Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
    • Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
    • Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
