Simple installation, online fast

You can watch the live image of your camera on your phone or tablet with the free app, no matter where you are. This way you will always know what is happening around your home. The Trust Smart Home app makes it possible to easy install the camera and to operate it via your smartphone or tablet.

The IPCAM-3000 can be used anywhere, indoor or outdoor. The IP65 water resistant design in combination with the external antenna for the best wireless performance and the strong metal housing with sun visor, makes this camera perfect for outdoor use. The camera is provided with adjustable mounting for easy attachment to the wall. You can connect the camera wireless via your wifi network or wired to a local area network. Clear vision

The infrared lighting guarantees a clear night vision with a range of up to 25 metres. The IP-camera offers you a 720 pixels High-definition image with a wide angle lens. This ensures an optimal view that covers a large area, for example your garden. With the built-in memory of 16 GB you can record video clips and watch it later.

Smart notifications

Not only this camera offers you a couple of extra eyes around your house, it even warns you when movement is being detected. The camera allows you to define a motion detection grid. This is the area in which the camera will be triggered to send you a notification when motion is detected. This way you can take immediate action when it is necessary.

Installation and configuration

I have installed the camera but I can not watch outside my Wifi network.

Check if you have completed the installation, including selecting your WiFi network. Check to be sure the following

  • On the reset cable you will find a reset button. Press this button for ten seconds until the device will ''pining''.
  • Leave the camera alone for five minutes so he can restart.
  • Go to your WiFi settings and wait untill an IPCH number appears. Press on the IPCH number and when you see ''forgot'', then press on that and go back to the app.
  • Remove the camera in the app and install the new camera.
  • After you have seen the first image, press on the check mark, arrow or further (this differs per device).
  • There will be asked for your network data. Fill these in and restart the camera. 
  • After the camera restarted you will get a confirmation. 

How do I adjust the sentitivity of the camera so that the camera will not record everything?

Customize the detection sensitivity at the setting of the camera. Or disable the motion detection completely. 

How do you set a push notification?

Go to the settings of the camera and turn on ''detect movement'' and link to a notification interval. 

Can you connect the camera to the ICS-1000?

That unfortunately not possible. The camera can be signed up seperately in the home screen of the Smart Home app so that you can check the camera in a separate camera environment.

Can you register more than just one camera in the app ?

Yes that is possible. There is no limit to the number of cameras that can be registered in the app. 

How do you reset the camera?

To reset the camera, open the cap of the reset cable and press the reset button for about 10 seconds. The camera will be set and restarted. After the restart the blue LED will light up. 


Can you watch the images live?

Yes that is possible. 

How do I download updates?

When a new firmware is available for the IP camera the option Update Firmware becomes available. Press Update firmware to download and install the latest firmware for the IP Camera. After the new firmware is downloaded and installed the camera will reboot.

How do you switch between daylight and nightlight?

With nightvision mode you can select if the camera must switch automatically to night vision when there is not enough surrounding light. Or set it to manual so the nightvision can be switched on or off manually. 

How do I change the video quality?

Press on Video Quality to change the video quality. An overview is shown of the different picture settings. Then select the desired quality. After that the app will return to the settings screen. 

How do you watch the recordings?

When the video stream has been recorded you can view the recording by pressing View recordings.  A new screen is opened with an overview of the recorded video streams. Press the recording you want to view.

Can you download the recordings?

Yes that is possible. Go to ''View recordings'' and select the video.To download the recorded video press the download button on the bottom of your screen.

Solving problems

I have lost the connection with my camera.

If you have lost the connection with the camera, your IPCAM might have lost the WiFi connection. Restart your camera by cutting the power off for some seconds. After about five minutes the camera will be restarted again and the connection should be restored. 

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Can you connect the camera to your doorbell? So you can take a picture of someone calling?

That is not possible.

  • Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
  • Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.
    • *In EU, there is a statutory minimum warranty period of 2 years on every product we sell.
  • In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
  • During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
  • Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
  • Exclusions of warranty:
    • Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
    • Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
